FRP insulated water tank adds a high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer (thickness 30-100mm optional) outside the standard SMC FRP water tank, with 0.5mm color steel plate protection layer, forming a complete insulation protection system.

【Insulation Performance】Polyurethane foam thermal conductivity is only 0.022-0.024W/(m·K). In -30°C outdoor environment, water temperature inside the tank stays above 0°C for more than 72 hours. Summer water temperature fluctuation less than 3°C.

【Specifications】Insulation thickness: 30/50/75/100mm (customized); Outer panel: color-coated steel (0.5mm); Capacity: 1-3000m³; Working temperature (ambient): -30°C to +60°C.

【Installation】Insulation layer is pre-assembled in factory and transported as a whole unit. Only pipeline connections are needed on site, greatly shortening installation period.
